I know the clue is in the name, but this matte lip gloss is by far the most matte I've tried. So if you're looking for a true matte in what has become a pretty saturated market, I'm not sure you'll find a better formula than this. The texture is lightweight and thin - They're incredibly pigmented and opaque, so one layer is enough. I use the one layer and it just does not crumble. In fact its almost impossible to remove!
It comes in 12 shades and a slick and smart package. Simple, but definitely not cheap. Theres barely any scent either which I quite appreciate as sometimes the sickly sweet scent of Mac glosses can tip me over a little. The only minor gripe I have is that it did feel quite dry after a while, but after a few hours I added a touch of lip balm with no change to the colour. Definitely a winner!
