What I Wore // Furry Stripes

Dress - Oasis*
Jacket - Vintage
Belt - Primark
Shoes - Next

This is what I wore to a wedding on Saturday, (and this dress is less than half price now - linked above)! Dan and I were the photographers, and these rubbish shots were taken quickly in the bar, whilst dinner was served. I've found another potential wedding venue.
Of course, I'm not actually engaged, but going to so many weddings and wedding fayres means I have a list. Don't pretend you haven't filled up Pinterest with ideas too! Please reassure me!

I have my last day of placement tomorrow, and whilst I'm glad to finish, its also quite sad. I've really enjoyed working in this hospital, and though its over an hours drive away from me, I'd happily work there in an instant. I'm starting to keep my eyes open for physio jobs now, but there are unfortunately so few at the moment.

Its odd to think that I graduate so soon, I'm not quite sure I believe it though I'm already planning summer. I'd definitely go straight into a job if I could, but I am loving the look of the isle of wight festival, bst hyde park, or perhaps download? Any experience or recommendations? I'm on the lookout for a few of my favourite bands too, though I'm considering picking some random smaller bands to see and judge, ha! I've never actually been to a 'festival' and I think this needs to change, so I'll probably go with that!

Another thing on my list - Disneyland. I'm going to be 24 next month, and I've somehow never been.

Hope you're all well!

  1. A very stunning outfit :)
Also, do go to Disneyland! I went for the first time less that 6 months ago for my 21st. You are never to young to see Minnie and Mickey mouse :)

  2. Love that coat! I love anything with a fur bit on it!
And I also understand, I am not engaged, yet still spend ages looking over wedding stuff haha!

  3. Sarah love the faux fur! So chic!

  4. I like this dress! You must go to a festival! Ive been to Reading and V fest. Both of which I enjoyed. But for a less hardcore festival to ease you in I suggest V!

  5. Latitude Festival, in Suffolk, is a great festival with a relaxed atmosphere and a really friendly vibe. It's also the biggest festival to combine music, comedy, poetry and theatre, all in one place. Bloc Party, Foals and Kraftwerk are headlining this year, but for me, it's all about the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. -x-

  6. Looks stunning in this outfit... but you looks pretty in those pics..
