I'm sure its different for everyone else, but nothing gives me an instant confidence boost like a set of well fitted lingerie. I'll admit, I'm a complete addict, and own well over 50 lingerie sets. Not a single one of them is from Elle Macpherson though, quite prestigious in the modern world of lingerie, I'd say! Simply Beach offered to send me a pick of lingerie, suitable for valentines. I decided to give Elle a try, and wasn't disappointed. 

The set is beautiful, overlayed with a layer of  contrasting lace, and dripping with elegance. Together with the subtle bows and ruffled straps, this set whispers luxury and is somehow unlike any other set that adorns my lingerie draw, and I'm thrilled to welcome it into my possession. 

The bra is a gorgeous, uplifting fit despite no push up padding. I would prefer the bottoms to have a slightly higher cut for flattery, but actually, they're really comfortable as they are, and feel that this feature might be compromised if they were a more brazillian fit rather than the hipster 'culotte' style adopted here. All in all, I'm pretty thrilled with this set, and I'm thrilled with Simply Beach, again, too!

I was also sent this cute pack from Cyber Candy - At £2.69, its a nice gesture without going overboard, and its definitely  cute. I'm not one for going all out on Valentines, really.

I love this chinese takeaway themed box, full of valentines themed sweets and complete with heart chopsticks. I was going to hide it, and get another for Dan as a small Valentines gift, but before long, Dan and I found ourselves sat on the sofa eating these, trying to figure out who had the best chopstick skills, (Its me, by the way)! 

One thing I must point out however, is that on the website, this looks full to the brim of sweets, but actually, its filled halfway. Still a complete bargain, and I'll be keeping the box to refill!
